One of my very favorite pepper cheeses has just enough spice for great flavor without being overly hot

this is a very good cheese probably the best pepper jack on the market at this time besides one from a cheese store.

Tillamook cheese is always high quality cheese. The pepper jack is creamy with the right amount of spice. It grates easily and I highly recommend buying the loaf vs the pre shredded. It's not much effort and the flavor and texture are so much better. Plus you have the flexibility of slicing or shredding.

Best pepper jack cheese around! I love how the flavor isn't so intense but it's there. It's my favorite brand of cheese and certainly my favorite pepper jack cheese . I would recommend 10 out of 10

I dont know if these reviewers eat this cheese without melting it or maybe I got a bad batch twice but this is the worst cheese Ive bought. I made a lasagna and this cheese did not melt. It just stayed on the top. I made quesadillas and it was just a chunky mess. The second cheese I bought at a different walmart was no better. I used it on a pizza at 475 degrees and it did not melt. It got a little toasted but not melted. I tossed it in the trash. Maybe Im just unlucky because all these people on here rave about it. I would not recommend for any dish that requires cheese to melt.
