Tillamook cheese is always high quality cheese. The pepper jack is creamy with the right amount of spice. It grates easily and I highly recommend buying the loaf vs the pre shredded. It's not much effort and the flavor and texture are so much better. Plus you have the flexibility of slicing or shredding.

These are literally the best. Love that they're so perfectly portioned for each cracker super convenient. When I'm busy and I'm hosting last minute these are perfect to just pull out of the fridge and have on hand. Fresh, and creamy we love pepper jack in this house because of the bite and having these perfectly portioned and ready to go is the best.

These looked great on my board and the crowd loved them. The best part is they ready to plate and despite being precut they aren't dried out. Absolutely delicious!

Great tasting cheese with a nice peppery kick. The blocks are so much better than the pre shredded due to the pre shredded cheese having an added agent to keep the pieces from sticking to each other.

We can't keep any Tillamook cheese in the house because we go through it so fast. The pepper jack is a panini favorite! Just enough spice that it doesn't get lost but not too much where it overpowers the whole meal.

Best pepper jack cheese around! I love how the flavor isn't so intense but it's there. It's my favorite brand of cheese and certainly my favorite pepper jack cheese . I would recommend 10 out of 10
