rich cheddar flavor for baking, easy to shred
Robust chedder flavor, good consistency and size for hand shredding. I used this in a cheddar biscuit mix and it did not crumble or break while using my hand grater. The pieces were continuous strands that melted well into the batter while baking and made that into a tasty snack. I only peeled off enough of the wrapper to grate what was needed, then folded over the plastic and stored it in a ziplock sandwich bag in the deli drawer of the fridge. Competitivley priced and a good brand. Practical size for sandwiches and small households.

Tillamook products are generally superior
Tillamook generally makes great products and this is no exception. Great flavor, melts well. Makes excellent grilled cheese sandwiches (we serve them with a sweet pickle around here).

My husband only eats Sharp Cheddar cheese. Walmart carries Tillamook. The cheese is hard to find.
