Very little flavor. Better than the Great Value Swiss. Still searching for a Swiss cheese with a slight nutty flavor, lots of smell holes and doesn't turn into rubber when melted....

Not bitter but better than everyone else's Swiss
I absolutely love this cheese! First of all this brand Tillamook always has great products. If someone who loves Swiss though this is the best in the market. The taste is on point. It has the perfect taste. It's not too strong, but not too mild Swiss cheese just has that little bit of bitter feel and they have it better than anyone else. Also the price is very good not too expensive for daily use.
