Tillamook Whole Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, 32 oz (Aged 15 Months)

I love the Tillamook 32 oz. Cheese blocks. It's always a tough decision choosing which variety to purchase. The Whole Extra Sharp Cheddar (Aged 15 months) is a great all around cheese to keep on hand. Very versatile and works well on salads, soups, burgers, casseroles, appetizers, etc.

I always buy this cheese because it's about the best that I have come across here in America, I just wish there was somewhere that sold British Cheddar at a reasonable price, and also Cornish pasties and meat pies like they sell in the UK. Also British "Back Bacon" (NOT IRISH) would be very much appreciated, as would more in the way of the good old british sausages, which are world famous for taste and quality.

I'm a stickler for cheeses. I was given this once at a party and I can no longer eat mild cheddar. This and normal sharp are going to make you melt and go to cheese heaven. It does melt very well, no difference. Its a bit stronger flavored but not like a blue cheese. Pairs superb with "board" items. This can also be brand specific! This is by far the top brand for best flowers ever!

Love that Extra Sharp Cheddar Flavor, especially with a mayo and tuna sandwich on toast! Also for Grilled sandwiches or egg and cheese grilled sandwich! I make my slices extra thick, like 1/4 inch! Then slice the entire cheese block and wrap them in aluminum foil then place in double or triple freezer bags so it will last me longer and not spoil so fast.

This is great cheese. If you know the brand and this cheese, then this review is basically - "Surprise! you can get it at Walmart." If you don't know this cheese, you should try it. The sharp and the extra sharp are the best versions of the product. The sharp and extra sharp, being aged I guess, break apart a bit more when slicing, where as the mild seems to manage better sliced. All of them are very good. It seems like it has been harder to find in the last few years.

This is our favorite cheese. This brand is always fresh and lasts a long time with the coating that surrounds it. The sharp cheddar is the best for meals or alone with crackers for a snack. I will always look for this brand when shopping for cheese.

I love Tillamook! I always buy this block, for me, it lasts for weeks! I use it for literally everything! The extra sharp cheddar is spectacular, compared to other cheeses, and believe me, I've tried them all. This cheese never disappoints. Definately worth the extra cost foe the big block. If you are a Cheese lover, keto, or a cheddar is best person, THIS is YOUR cheese!

When the cheese I was using was not available any longer, I had to find a replacement. High quality extra sharp cheddar is not easy to find. Tried the Tillamook brand and liked it even better than what I was using before. Extremely satisfied and recommended! (The 2 lb. block block is the best price.)

Tillamook Whole Extra Sharp Cheese Block is quite tasty. The extra sharp cheddar flavor definitely enhances the flavor of every dish you have in mind or will create. Melts beautifully, goes great in sandwiches, tacos, salads, burritos...the list can go on and on. The added bonus...a great source of calcium.

Cheese is full of needed calcium, I love the taste by itself or on a chacuterie board, on top melted w/sourdough bread. The mild, medium, sharp, or extra sharp all have their own taste richness that compliments just about any food your eating.,
