After installing the pickup used to squat when pulling my 5th wheel. That has now improved. Easy to install.
Product works just like the description. Easy install on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 4wd
These were super easy to install on the truck and it's one of those things that you'll never know you changed until you use them. I haven't hooked my trailer to the truck yet, but if these work as they say I should see an improvement in rear end squat and towing ability. I installed them on a 2016 Silverado Crew Standard box Z71 and the recommended 1" clearance on Timbrens site was not matching up. I did notice on my leaf spring there is a factory spacer that may be adding that additional space to the gap. I made a 3/4" spacer to put inline with the Timbren and installed a longer bolt to get that 1" spacing they recommend. Just for measurement purposes, these are only 4.75" tall including the plate not the 5-1/8" as some people claim on Amazon. I suppose they could have changed these from years past, but this kit really is not a bolt in replacement for my 2016 Silverado Crew Standard box Z71. If I was to do it again, I would just call Timbren and talk with them first to get all the info possible. This is probably the most expensive piece of rubber I have ever bought too, but if it works it's worth it.
