Time and Tru Women's Crossband Wedge Sandals

I ordered this shoe in a size 7. I received size 8. Ordered replacement still received wrong size. I ordered this shoe 4 times in a size 7 and they kept sending a size 8 not what I ordered. Please get the warehouse where the shoe is shipped from right. Really want this shoe in a size 7 but feel like if I order again with another shipping fee they will still send a 8. I WANT A SIZE 7

Walmart Customer Service - PLEASE READ THIS!! 8 weeks ago I ordered these shoes 4x's from the Spbg, SC store at Dorman Ctr. I ordered size 7 and received size 8 - all 4 times. I returned 1 pair via FedEx and tried to return the other 3 pair in store. I was told at the store that my account was no longer active and I could not order anything to be delivered, picked up or shipped because I was in violation of the return policy. I could not believe WM would want to lose business, due to an issue that was not my fault! Sadly, after weeks of conversations w/a rude and "still learning" AI bot, I was still cut off, still getting Walmart plus deducted; even though I had no usage of it, and stuck with $100 dollars of shoes I could not wear. I was furious! Finally, I was able to speak with a manager at the local store, showed her all my receipts and lists of phone calls and names of those I spoke to. She said she could do nothing to have my account re-opened, or stop Walmart plus, but she did refund the $ for the 3 pair of shoes on a Walmart card. Fast forward to today. Because I began using my husband's WM account; today I found out the local WM had these shoes STOCKED in store. My sister saw them. I couldn't resist ordering another pair - just to see what happened, and I can't believe THEY DID IT AGAIN - I ordered a 7 and received ANOTHER size 8. Now that I had ordered the shoes on my husband's account, I am now able to review the entire mess WM put me through after being a customer since 1990. Because my account was shut down, I was never able to review this, but now I can! I will be returning the size 8's tomorrow to WM store and explaining they successfully sent me the wrong size EVERY TIME I ordered them - 5 times in a row! Full transparency here -I'm totally in love w/the Free Assembly and Scoop lines of clothing. Totally fabulous. After losing 60 lbs I needed to replace many things this year, in my closet, and needed budget friendly. I loved the shoes I bought as they matched so many outfits! And they are wedges! After being such a loyal customer; telling all who asked where the clothes came from; I'm so disappointed my business didn't mean anything. The shoes are great. The experience SUCKS!

I want to love these shoes, and I would if Walmart would ever ship me the right size. First order: ordered 8/ received 6. Second order: ordered 8/ received 6. This was the third order: ordered 8/ received 6. No one can say I didn't try! No matter what Walmart may wish, my foot will never shrink from an 8 to a 6. Do better Walmart.

I have experienced multiple issues with my recent orders. I ordered a size 7 on three separate occasions and received a size 8 each time. Additionally, I ordered a size 6 and received a size 9. This appears to be an inventory issue that needs to be addressed. Please advise on how this can be resolved.

These are great … if you like high 70's like wedges! They fit my wider feet well %26 will look cute with dresses or jeans. Wish they sold more colors!:)

I ordered a size 8 twice and a size nine once. None of my sizes were sent. I received two size 6's and one size 7. Extremely frustrating as the shoes are very cute.

These are beautiful! The gold throughout the shoe looks elevated amd classy. They are tall so if you are not used to higher wedges, I would tell you that but are prefect

Would love to review this but after placing four separate orders , I have YET to receive the correct size !!!!!!! I am sooooo done. Beyond frustrated. If the size requested is NOT available , why choose a random size to deliver to the customer.

Like other reviewers have stated HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND A SIZE 7?! Received a size 8 and now have to take back to the store which is a totally ridiculous hassle.

These shoes were better than I expected. I'm not a high heel wearer usually so the platform is perfect and they will be so good into fall with dark brown color. They may run slightly small.
