Perfect lightweight jacket for the hot parts of California where when the sun goes down, it gets cool. Plus, now that it rains just about any old time, having a hood is perfect. I should also mention that the waist of the jacket is adjustable. I, for one, prefer a more fitted at the waist look. The icing on the cake for me is that it is my favorite color.... Army green. I bought a size M. I weigh 130lbs and am 5'7". The size is perfect for me for layering. There was more than enough room for a heavy weight hoodie. I would have gotten a small for a more fitted look if I hadn't planned to layer a hoodie or other heavy sweater under it.
Exactly what I was looking for! This is a great lightweight rain jacket. The hood is attached, and the neck has a nice high collar that can be zipped up to the chin without having to pull on the hood. The waist is adjustable with a drawcord, as is the hood. There are two deep pockets and the length is perfect, hitting at mid-thigh. (I'm 5' 5”.) There is a back vent for ease of movement. Great jacket, do not hesitate on this one! Highly recommended.
LOVE this coat! Im wearing it in the fall down to about 40 degrees Fahrenheit and it STILL is keeping me warm but not hot. lightweight material but it is NOT breathable so keep that in mind in warmer climates. It is long and does run big so as others have said size down-- the drawstrings are nice though to tighten it up and give it a more fitted look. 100/10 recommended in cool climate weather! I liked it so much I bought second for when it wears out because its just SO hard to find a great fall coat like this!
LOVE this! Size down one. No need to go up a size if you want a longer loose fit because it fits long and loose which I LOVE! You can tighten and adjust the waste. Will keep me dry this fall/winter. Super lightweight. Been looking for a rain jacket like this for a LONG time!!
Wanted another lighter coat for the fall and this one was the perfect style and color. It's well made and fits true to size in my opinion. My normal size is XS but I chose to get a S for this jacket because I wanted a little more room. Judging by this one I think my normal size would've been just as good. I'm excited to wear it. I imagine it'll last a long time like my other jackets from Time and Tru.
Practical, lightweight jacket for spring and fall. Not a true raincoat - it will eventually soak through - but it holds up well for just running errands and taking the dog out. This is the 3rd time I've purchased this anorak over the past 4 years because I've lost weight. Obviously I like it! I knocked off a star because it has doubled in price but is now being made without the flap that used to snap over the zipper to block rain and cold air from getting in. The snap that used to be at the neck also helped keep the jacket from falling off a hanger. I'm resigned to Walmart leading the way on price-gouging, but when they also cut the quality of a product, I'm going to lower my rating to match.
I like the light weight and that it is lined. And has a hood. Could be better fit so as not to slide off the shoulder when not zipped.. and an inside pocket would make it wonderful! However overall, a good buy and good addition to my closet. Just right for our West Texas winter
I was so excited to find this Time and Tru lightweight jacket. No claims are made that it is a raincoat, but that is how I was planning to wear it. I loved the fact that it is lightweight and has a hood. The problems came with the fit! I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh around 114 lbs. My usual size in Walmart clothing is extra small, but I sized up to a small so I can layer comfortably. The small in this jacket was enormous; it fit me more like a medium. The extra small fit much better but didn't give me much room for layering. I recommend the jacket, it just didn't work out for me.
I didn't like the interior of this nice jacket. I tried in with a short sleeve shirt and my arms were sticking. I could tell I would sweat immediately. It wasn't breathable. I live in the south, and I definitely don't need that. Now with a long sleeve shirt, you may be fine. At 5'4", it's pretty long on me at mid-thigh. The burnt orange is a pretty fall color. I will return due to interior material. Oh, it also has outside toggles to cinch your waist in. That's flattering.
It was not as form fitting as I would prefer. I liked the XL fit in the store better. It fit better. This was just bigger and boxier. I typically wear 1x and this was like a 2x.
