I'm 5'5 /186 lbs and got the xl and it fits perfectly. Not form fitting but more relaxed, still professional looking to pair with black pants for work with a front tuck! The light blue is pretty in person and going to be perfect for a transition piece into spring

I first bought the light blue blouse and fell in love with it. As I have gotten older I like soft material and loose fitting blouses. This black blouse is exactly as pictured and the rayon is so very soft. This is easy to buttoning up and the ruffle collar adds feminine look. The shirt length is perfect to wear outside or inside pant waist. This can be worn with dress pants or jeans and is so very comfortable. The stretch sleeve cuffs are perfect to change the look. I highly recommend both colors of this blouse.

This blouse is soo pretty. The material is very soft and flowing. It will be worn with dress pants as well as jeans. The color is very feminine and the wrinkle free fabric is an extra plus. The sleeves have elastic which is perfect for me as I like to push up the sleeves sometimes. The smocking is very attractive as well as the side vents.

I couldn't believe it when I took it out of the package. The material felt so good and it's so pretty and dainty. I absolutely love it. It could be very dressy or would also go great with slacks. I'm buying another if they have a different color in my size.

This is a great shirt for business casual. It is a great silky fabric with cute blue color. I am wearing a small and it fits very true to size. It is great to tuck in but not super long so could still be worn untucked. Has gathering at the sleeves. The higher neck does not bother me and is very comfortable to wear. Great shirt

Material feels good and washed well. I have ordered this top in two colors, also a great work top that can transition to after work. Buttons were easy to maneuver and wrinkle free fabric!

Nice blouse and it runs true to size. The black and the blue blouses look nice, but the white one looks very cheap/polyester-looking. I purchased it in the black and I wear it under a black cardigan sweater. I'm 5'4”, 113 lbs, and my normal Size XS fits well.

Very cute shirt with ruffle at collar and cuffs. Delicate blue small print design on white background. I purchased a Small. and liked it, but decided there was a bit too much material around the back of the shirt. So, I exchanged it for XS, and it fits my petite frame better. I am 5'1" and 108 pounds; 36C. Slim, not skinny. I recommend this lovely shirt, but it runs a tint bit big. The sleeves were a great length in both sizes.
