When I got product I was nervous as to what I was going to get because the box was turn and plastic corner protectors were falling out of the box as I was unpacking it….outside packaging appearance was do to shipping company not company I purchased from, product was very sturdy and still unscathed as well as very easy to put together

My dogs love this stand! It is really nice and sturdy! It has more than enough room for them to stretch out and relax. We also bought the pillows from Walmart that are inside the cage and they are the perfect size. I would definitely buy this stand again!

Looks great and works well for my two dogs. Clean up is easy, I was able to assemble it by myself which took around 2.5 hours. My dogs don't move it going in or out. It definitely works well.

This arrived not only a week early I was very very heavy to log into the apartment thank God I live on the ground floor and my daughter-in-law and I put this together in a few short hours. A power tool is needed and an Allen wrench and a screwdriver will be your best friend, although the middle doesn't connect as seamlessly as it does on the photos, it's still looks very good. I have two female German shepherds, and it is big enough for them to lay in, stand in and hang out in if they want and it stands above the ground, so it's easy to sweep underneath it

My package didn't come with assembly instructions and had trouble putting it together I messaged the seller and they were quick to send me the instructions the quality of the product was in great condition and perfect for my two medium size 35pound dogs (Boykin spaniel and Corgi)

Assembly was fairly easy but some of the parts, AKA the floor and Top had holes drilled in incorrect places and no, they aren't interchangeable, I checked. That said, it looks nice and seems decent quality wise overall.

WAS NEVER DELIVERED, SO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH WALMART AND EXPECT A REFUND, SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SELLER, SHIPMENT STILL AT FEDEX FACILITY, HE CAN DEAL WITH THEM, DON'T LIKE LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT I'M A DISABLED SENIOR ON A LOW FIXED INCOME, TOOK ME A WHILE TO SAVE FOR THIS DUAL DOG CRATE, WOULD OF FILED SOONER BUT I WAS IN HOSPITAL HAVING KIDNEY SURGERIES TO SAVE THEM, IF FEDEX STOLED IT AS THEIR KNOWN TO, ITS IN THE HANDS OF SELLER IF EITHER PARTY IS TELLING THE TRUTH. KARMA WILL GET CAUGHT UP WITH BOTH PARTIES. NO NEIGHBORS HAVE IT BECAUSE THEY ARE RELATED TO ME AND THE PACKAGE WOULD BE EXTREMELY HEAVY AND MY OUTDOOR CAMS WOULD HAVE SEEN EVERYTHING IF IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED OR STOLEN, NEITHER HAPPENED SO I CALL SELLER THE LIAR INSUPPOSEDLY SENDING THE DUAL DOG CRATE.....ABUSED CUSTOMER AND SADLY I HAVE A FEDEX ACCOUNT ONLY FOR TRACKING, I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR MY PERSONAL / BUSINESS DELIVERIES.!

DO NOT ORDER. I order the white and grey one. It came in brown/black, I returned it to a local store. Reorder %26 SENT a message specifying it was sent in the incorrect color. They assured me I would get the correct product, waited for shipping again. Just for it to be incorrect color AGAIN. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I ordered this cage for two of my dogs, my one passed so I contacted the sellers to cancel the order. They never responded to me. Then my order was delayed twice from its original delivery date, we figured we would've just kept it at that point. Well it was 15 minutes away from me when suddenly it was driven 2 hours away from my home. I contacted FedEx and the sellers put the delivery address for CALIFORNIA. I live in New York. Called Walmart, they immediately refunded me my money after a second email was sent to the sellers and was still met with refusal to answer. Do NOT purchase from this “Fuzzy-Birds” seller. I almost got scammed. Save yourself the stress.

Needed for an early Christmas, delivery was 2 days late, came the night before our event, package was damaged and taped, edges were damaged, ply board wood, not reel wood, screws went right though the board. The overall concept is great just very cheaply made. Would by again if they replace the wood on this unit. We'll see.
