This is a sweet little timer that has been working very well to bring meaning to time to my 5.5-year-old grandson. Whether mom is giving a 5-minute warning until clean-up or a 15-minute reading, math, or writing lesson, the timer gives an indication of how much longer until transition. He loves to set the timer and see the elapsed time tick away.

I am a special education teacher. I use these timers with my students on a daily basis. They are extremely sturdy and hold up against falls and throws. The fun colors are great as well. The timers keep us all on track and moving forward in our day. :)

Time timer is such a great product. There's something about seeing that red dial move - the visual aspect - that's very motivating. It really works well when using the "two-minute" rule to get things done. Continue making great products because people will buy them!

I purchased this timer for my ADHD teenager. He usually would argue with me about getting homework done or doing a chore/task. Now I just set the timer for 45 minutes or 1/2 hour and he knows that he has that amount of time to complete the task. He rarely argues about it because he knows that the time goes quickly and he can see that with this timer. Absolutely a game changer!!!!

I chose this product because I already knew it would work for me. I keep it primarily in my office, but also will carry it with me to help me focus on my chores. It's better than a phone app because when I would look at my phone in the past to check how much time was left on the timer, I'd end up USING my phone and get off task. Not so with the Time Timer! It shows the time left visually in high contrast colors, so it immediately in the brain, whether the person using it (child or adult) can read numbers or analog clocks or not, and registers in the brain without needing to process numbers. Time becomes a tangible amount you see decrease. It's a GREAT buy if you or your family is a "visual learner" or like me, is more likely to achieve a task if you know there's a deadline. Suitable for any ages.

I got this time timer to help me be productive during work from home days, which it does perfectly! It also helps me time chores cooking and laundry, and is a treat reminder for things like "I need to call so and so back in 30 minutes" or "let me just do 20 minutes of medication before this next task." The possibilities may not be endless, but they certainly are myriad.

I bought this for my toddler's quiet time so that he can visually see how much time he has left. The timer is extremely easy to use- you just spin the dial to the time you want. The back has the battery compartment as well as a switch for on/off the timer ringing at the end. Overall it seems sturdy. My son dropped it on hardwood floors almost immediately and the battery popped out of the compartment which is why I gave 4 stars, but the timer itself wasn't damaged.
