Timex Men's Expedition Combo Watch, Brown Nylon Strap

I have bought these for many years due to analog face that lights at night, second hand for taking pulse etc in field, water resistant for kayaking, shock resistant for mountain biking, alarm for back up alarm to go to work. Has date that you don't have to keep up with because it does it for you. As a mechanic and paramedic I can't use metal (conducts electricity) and I like water resistant leather band on some Expedition models better than the nylon one on this model due to safety with hazmat etc . Easy enough to change for 7$ later. Great watch and I will only buy these as long as they remain available.

Great cheap watch so far. Concerned about how the band will look in 6 months. Case is plastic making it light which is a plus, my old Swiss Army watch was all metal and sometimes banged around on my wrist, once even breaking the band pin.

Had one of these for years

I have always liked Timex watches and it is no different with this one. My favorite part is the hourly chime. The looks are good, the night time Indiglow is cool and the band is comfortable. It is not Velcro but I still like it. I am very happy and wear it everyday.

Band is quite stiff, I'm sure it will become more pliable. No manual, glad I found it online but it wasn't easy. Numbers in the little window are too small and will not lock on displaying day/date. Trying to program it, even with the manual has been a challenge as alarms and chimes keep going off even after turning them off (finally I have silence). This watch is a bit small for a grown man . Probably a youth watch. Not the fault of Walmart but the picture is a bit deceptive. Great service,easy return !!!

watch looks great on the screen but it is small. the bezel makes a small dial even smaller. the marking on the dial are hard to read. disapointed.

Can't figure out how to turn the alarm off

I had been wearing this watch for less than a week when the crown broke off and disappeared while I was riding my Harley!! It was there when I started my ride and NOT there when I looked at it at a red traffic signal!! The next day, I immediately returned it to the nearest Walmart store for a full refund. I bought this Expedition Watch because the name TIMEX, USED to be synonymous with quality!! Apparently, not so much anymore. One of the best things about Wal-Mart is that they don't give you grief when you need to return a purchase even if purchased thru Wamart.com and/or Wal-Mart marketplace.
