Absolutely Perfect
I absoutely love this watch. It's easy to use, accurately measures steps takes, heart rate and workouts. Best smart watch you'll ever buy

Great Watch 3rd the price of an apple watch
This is an outstanding watch. I have been wearing this watch for almost month and not had to charge the battery. Infact battery has 33% remaining after 4 weeks. Can not rave enough

LOVE IT!
I love my Metropolitan watch, it does everything I need and is very sleek and lightweight! The touchscreen is crisp and easy to read. My favorite features are the activity tracking, heart rate and sleep tracking (I never knew how well I slept until I put on this watch). The notifications are also extremely helpful especially with working from home and managing a toddler - my Metropolitan will alert me when I get a text or phone call. AND you can't beat the battery life, I can go weeks without having to charge it at all.

I expected better from Timex.
I had worn Timex watches for years and always thought they were great watches. I finally found this Smartwatch and just had to buy it. Unfortunately, it isn't vey smart. It doesn't count steps accurately. And according to to the watch, I don't get up and use the bathroom at night.

No audible alarm
I never imagined a digital watch would exist without an audible alarm. Timex lost an old Timex Ironman DataLink USB I sent in for repair. I needed to choose a replacement but there is nothing even remotely close on the market. I chose the Metropolitan because it has 10 alarms, which I used at work for clocking in/out, breaks, and tasks. The Timex Smart app has a setting for Ringtones, but does nothing. At least I found a watch face without the exercise icons.

Not for interval training.
The countdown timer only has minutes. No options to set it to increments of seconds. This seems like a basic function that all watches typically have. Kind of disappointed that such a high tech watch can't count down seconds.

Inop out of box
Didn't work out of the box. The App doesn't work and the QR codes is inop. I sent it back, not going to keep a watch that gives me anguish when new out of box.
