my inside cats now live outside
it was very simple to put together however the wood split really easy while screwing the pieces together. loved that it was very clearly labeled and my cats haven't come back inside since it's been set

Good investment for indoor cats.
Have 4 indoor cats; 2 less than 10lbs and 2 over 15lbs. They all can fit comfortably with space to move around. Roof is durable and withstood wind and rain in Northeast. Did purchase our own screws for mounting to house and weatherstripping to better seal between perch and house in addition to better reinforcement due to the number of cats and their weight. We also put putty over the screws in the roof to waterproof the screw sections. Unsure if we will keep up year round as winters are brutal; if so will tarp it to protect from snow/ice.
