This is an amazing little mp3 player. It looks like a mini smart phone. the buttons are easy to see and use. We plugged it up to our lap top and downloaded songs immediately. I will recommend that you read the directions first. We didn't, so we had to go back and read. When we finally got songs transfered....wonderful. Easy to use. Beautiful sound. Lots of bonus features. Love love love it. I do recommend you put it out of reach of little ones. The great grandkids wanted it immediately when they saw it.

VERY easy to use as far as programming. I have had a little more trouble with the Bluetooth portion, but it's probably just me. Size and color is great!

i bought the non wifi bluetooth version. works great! came with an sd card (64gb), but i had one to use already, and it read it right away. android os, I just wish it was easier to load an app on it as i wanted to use a specific music player. battery life is ok. it's definitely better with bluetooth off. overall, I'm happy with it and will buy another if this one breaks.

MP3 player is packaged really well in a box. It's exactly as described and has a simple layout. Easy to connect with my laptop. I already import songs and some audio books and think this will be great to take for workouts and use in my car to listen to so I don't run down my phone battery. It's Bluetooth capable which is great! Battery life is good as well, it arrived with full battery charge and it lasted more than a day. This MP3 player has an internal memory of 8G that can be expanded to 512G. The touch screen works very well. I can use the side buttons to quickly turn up or down the volume. This is nicely designed portable MP3 player. The screen size is about 4 inch and good for kids and can be given as Christmas gift. The storage of this can be extended out 512GB. The quality of the streaming is good. Product box comes with player , ear buds , USB C cable for charging. It supports almost major audio formats. Picture browsing and ebook reading are additional pros of this product. Overall great I have and good for gifting.

All you need for a mp3 player is this one. I love it in general for everything as the processing speed is so fine. Fast wifi connection, smart bluetooth connectivity and music app's features make it a perfect one for on the go mp3 player. 8GB for music is a lot to me so I don't have any problems with it.

Like the fact large capacity for storage but do not like the fact these can not download from Wi-Fi without computer connect not good. I thought these would be like iPods they are not

Noconnection to download. Poor quality since the screen became pixelated and died on the 3rd day. Didn't have time to make a music playlist before it died. I'm still looking for this type of mp3. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the built-in speakers.

At first, it worked great, but the device lasted less than 4 months. The problem started after I turned on Wi-Fi from the HiBy music player, then it wouldn't turn off. After that, an audiobook would play from only one time, then other mp3s would not play, then other apps wouldn't open. Resetting it didn't work. After about a week or so of trying, the player stopped responding except to restart or shut down, then it just didn't do anything, not even a screen when plugged in to charge. I never dropped it or got it wet. The manual specifically says it DOES NOT have Wi-Fi, so something isn't right with how it's programmed.
