This is an excellent buy for a beginner 3D printer. We have printed several objects with no issues.

Unboxing and set up is very straightforward, however, the machine itself was defective. The machine is supposed to have two QRcode stickers on the top of the machine. And a separate QR Code that needs to be scanned on the display (where you can adjust the operations etc.) itself to make the machine operate, our QR Code gave us an error message - you can bypass, but the machine will not set up properly. Called the contact number, sounded like someone's personal cell phone and the person who answered said to provide a photo of the QR code error to an email, however, they cannot reset the machine. I should've read more reviews bc this seems to be a frequent problem with the error qr code not linking up to the machine.

Terrible product
This is not user friendly at all and the app you have to use with the printer is absolutely garbage and slow and server is always busy completely disappointed in this product

It's been one issue after the other since I got this 3d printer for my kids. I got it on October and I can count on one hand how many times we've successfully used it. Spend more money to get a better brand.

NOT SIMPLE
I opened it and that's as far as we got. Can not get it to connect or work. And can't return as it was a gift bought weeks ahead of time

Terrible 3d printer
I disliked that the filament kept getting stuck in the filament wire it doesn't seem that the filament wire is big enough for the filament required I have used multiple printers before so I have experience with the 3d printers and I normally get nearly a hundred or at least 80 before a problem and this problem destroyed the printer because some how after the filament got stuck the program on the printer stated not working
