Had a very hard time separating the pans and they did have a blue film on them so they didn't get scratched. 4 of the pans were a little bit bent on the corners and the "stove chassis" there was supposed to be little round indentured circles to hold the fuel holders in place. My stove chassis had none.

They manufactured this by riveting OVER the blue protective film which makes removing it perfectly impossible and the process very time consuming. Other than that misery it's okay for the price, just know you will have a lot invested time-wise in taking the blue film off and if you're a perfectionist, it will drive you crazy…

For what I paid for price was ok. Supposedly it was a deal and original price shows 299 but I paid 96. I don't think it's worth 299. Most came in dented and bent. The blue film that it came with was hard to remove. What a mess! All in all product was ok.

Very disappointed one of the lids is noticeably dented. The plastic wrapping was very challenging to get off. Took quite some time to remove. I don't want to have to return the package and start all over having to remove the wrapping as I am hosting Christmas Eve. Hopefully besides the dent they function well I will follow up thereafter. I am requesting a replacement lid!

One corner of the pans are bent

All of the pans came dented on the side. Containers to hold heat cans will not open. Had to be completely assembled and still had plastic wrap on metal that was very hard to get off.

item was poorly packaged. bent in transit. needed pliers to pull apart. holes in lids did not line up with handles. handles not flush to lit requiring manual bending. poor packaging but also poor quality.

I was really looking forward to the arrival of my chafing dish. When i saw that the box was damaged. I had to put duck tape on it just to get it in the house. it wasn't going to be good. All 4 the water pan corners were bent downward. All 4 of the fuel holder is bent on the end. I think the box should have fragile on it and foam inside. The dishes are light weight and need the protection. I would've sent it back but i needed to use them in two days. I brought a rubber mallet and did the best i could with them corner. Please, if you order, do it vary early.

i received my items damaged, it bent can't get it apart to assemble it

Product came bent. We had to pry them apart. The company should be ashamed of the packaging and damage to the product.
