It took away to get it to work you really have to work to get lid on so it starts once you get it figured out all went well great value good quality and like that it sticks fast to your counter.

only thing i had a problem with this product was the seller. Had to order it 2 times. it was ordered for a christmas gift and it never got shipped , so I jad to cancel the order and reorder it and pay 5.00 dollars more for it . And it was a day late from being delivered on time.

There is value for the sale price I paid (Black Friday) *The top was hard to snap into place and it cann't be used unless it is. * I feel the cutting disk is too far away from the inside top, which caused a lot not to get sliced or shredded. * I have no need for a fine grater, instead I would have appreciated 2 sizes of shreading. But for the money, I can make it work.

Just after I purchased this item a piece broke off the cup which pushes down foot items. This item fell into the inter workings of the dish washer. I had to have it removed. I have tried to fill out the form on my insurance plan I purchased with Allstate Protection Plans and it took some time and now it wants me to go back to the manufacturer. I purchased this through Walmart. I will contact Walmart when I have time. This is a hassle.

I have butter knives that are sharper than the blades on this machine. Maybe a step was skipped, and for some reason the blades bypassed the sharpening section during manufacturing, maybe they're all like that, who knows? I decided to use some medium sized carrots I had to run a test just to be sure that I had a dud before I returned it. I tested all of the included plates, and on the larger shredding plate, it did well, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect it to work well because the plate felt fairly dull. The slicing blade didn't work very well, but I believe it was due to the size of the carrot rather than the blade, as this was the only blade that arrived sharp. The smaller shredding plate was dull %26 only managed to mangle the carrot rather than shred it. The large chopping blades did manage to "cut" the carrot, but it was more due to the blunt force trauma that was inflicted by the force %26 speed of a solid object repeatedly being slammed into the carrot that caused it to break apart. All of the pieces were roughly broken into uneven chunks with jagged edges, rather than a smooth slice of a sharpened blade.

Súper bad quality.never use it ,at the first time when I tray to use , never work . I went to Walmart to returned but they don't gime a credit . Because. I bought the product in Black Friday. And I never opened it because I had a old one and finale that one stop working and I open the new one. But three months went without opening the box. That way I lost my money and going to the trash cans. 😔😔😔😔😔

I ordered and received a defective base; it had no power (would not start). I returned it to my local store. Because I like the features as advertised, I reordered a second time the same item. To my surprise, I received a second defective food processor, or the store sent me the first one I had returned. What is going on here? I had to return the order twice to the store, having to make two trips to my local store. This is messed up. I am a long-long-term customer and do not deserve this happening. Zero rating for this item and for Walmart.

I received this product in good condition, I removed it from the box and never tried it since I didn't have to use it yet for the purpose that I bought it for. Yesterday when I tried to use it, it is not working at all in spite of trying to plug it in several outlets. Definitely the product is defective. I didn't keep the box, now I can't even return it. Please , help.

This item did not work at all. I plugged it into multiple outlets and it would not come one. I will be returning this. I wished I had seen the other reviews like mine stating they had purchased the item and it did not work.

I got this as an early (2 weeks) Christmas present from my husband. It was beautiful but that was all. I was going to use it for Christmas makings but when I turned the dial it never came on. IT DIDN'T WORK!!!! I TRIED AND TRIED BUT IT DID NOT WORK.
