Nice stick vac. Comes with 2 batteries. The suction on regular power is good. When you use it on higher power, the battery life is a bit short, but then you can swap to the spare battery. It picks up great on hard floors and is easy to empty. Comes with multiple accessories, dusting brush and crevice tool. Overall it gets the job done.

It's amazing!!!! I am so glad I researched for months before I purchased. After reading hundreds of reviews and watching a crazy amount of videos, I was ready to purchase my my first Tineco. I've owned a shark %26 Dyson before and the Dyson was my favorite in the past, but my new Tineco is now my all time favorite hands down. The thought that went into every tiny aspect of it is brilliant. The attachment that cleans the filter is so cool! No more handwashing and taking forever to dry. It has multiple filters and everything is super easy to access I honestly don't have one complaint. It works amazing and holds a long charge! I purchased the extra side arm attachment to hold the extra pieces along with a backpack battery I haven't had to use yet.

Wanted to get a cordless vacuum. This one is reviewed very well and stands up to the Dyson. I really like it having it for a few weeks now! Would highly recommend especially if you can find on sale.

The s12 is doing a great job on my carpet, it picks up my cats long hair, and whatever is on the carpet with no problem. It does a great job on the dust and dirt and the I-Loop is awesome. I do have some hair on the brush roll, but there's so little to clean I can just use a dryer lint and it takes care of the hair, that's how little hair is left on the brush roll after vacuuming the whole house. I like that you can take the brush roll out and you can clean it all and even the mini motorized brush roll can be taken out. The only thing that I'm disappointed about it only came with 1 battery, and I was expecting an extra, I took care of that and went to Tineco's store and got one on sale at a great price under $50.00. I have called Tineco's customer service 4 times and all 4 times I was never on hold, but 2 or 3 minutes at the most. The customer service was great all 4 times, they were professional, kind, and was caring about my situation, and had the answers to my concerns. I own 3 shark vacuums an upright, cannister, and corded upright stratos, so when I thought about buying another vacuum I was looking at sharks, but then I ran across Tineco's vacuum and it took me awhile to decide that 1 day, I just jumped and took a chance and bought the s12. I made a great investment and I would tell anyone to buy any Tineco products you won't be disappointed. This is my 1st Tineco and I am looking at buying another Tineco vacuum. Customer Service is grteat.

So far, I have been impressed with what ends up in the dust cup from carpet which has been vacuumed for years with a canister vac. It has worked well on all aspects of cleaning, except it wants to chirp or jump a little on one particular type of short-nap carpet in my house. Really handy to use a stick vac instead of dragging the hose and canister along behind. Seems very durable, as I dropped the unit while disconnecting an accessory, the battery popped out, but there was no damage and it works just perfect . Was able to vac almost my entire house on one battery.

Does an amazing job on floors and carpets. Just didn't give a 5th star because I'm not sure how durable/disposable it will be. The power head isn't as wide as traditional corded vacuums, but certainly cleans carpets deeply. We had just cleaned and vacuumed our house 5 days prior to this arriving. After giving it a full charge, I tried it on our large living room rug. It sucked up so much fine dirt and pet hair. I was shocked. Regardless of brand - consider motor watts - over 400w is best. Suction watts of at least 140w. must have a power head (otherwise it won't suck up much from carpet) and HEPA filtration. If it lasts 5 years - I'll be pleased.

After seeing this vacuum listed on a few best list, Walmart had it listed for 199.99 in comparison to 499.99 at other retailers. So gave it a shot… first impression it's made well, not as heavy a material as Dyson. It's cleans pretty good, I increased power around the edges in low setting doesn't really get it. Carpets use more power so it does drain battery faster which was a concern due to other reviews. After a week or so of daily cleaning (family of 5) it's not really an issue. It has maintained battery for each cleaning, has the attachments you need and features that are nice. Many cordless vacuums in this price range offered less features or accessories.

It has some cool features, love the lights but it has no power to suck up any dirt it just pushes the dirt across the floor.
