As a cordless vacuum mop, it vacuums and washes at the same time, cutting my cleaning time in half. I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver, especially around furniture and under low spaces thanks to its 180° lay-flat design. The iLoop Smart Sensor automatically adjusts the suction and water flow based on how dirty the floor is, so I never feel like I'm wasting battery or water. One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning and hot-air drying dock—it cleans and dries the brush roller after every use, so it's always fresh and ready for the next cleanup. The anti-tangle brush is also a huge plus if you have pets or long hair in the house. While it's definitely a premium investment, the convenience, powerful performance, and ability to vacuum and mop in one pass make it well worth it for anyone with hardwood, tile, or other sealed hard floors.

To spend that much and have the product stop working on day 1, then to spent 2 weeks with support only for them to tell me to return the item to walmart, that is frustrating! Especially when I bought the warranty! It should be replaced immediately!
