Tineco Full Size LED Soft Roller Hard Floor Power Brush Attachment for Tineco Vacuum Cleaners

The Tineco PURE ONE S12/S11/X Series Full-Size LED Hard Floor Brush / Soft Roller Brush is by far the best roller brush for floors!! It doesn't scratch or push dirt around. It actually picks it up and the light on the end is an extra plus! That way you can actually see what you're vacuuming up or what you've missed. Love this vacuum and the soft roller brush!

My vacuum came with the multi-tasker brush but my home is primarily hard floors. The multi-tasker did an okay job on the hard floors but seemed to push debris around because of the bristles. I decided to go ahead and purchase the soft roller brush and there is definitely a difference! This is the main vacuum head I use now.

I have been using the general-purpose brush on my hardwood kitchen floor. It works fine until you get to a large item, for example, a coffee bean. The brush pushes the item away. This unit made specifically for hard floors has a smaller brush and it picks up everything.

Works "great" on both my ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, and just as good on my laminate floors as well. A little spendy & slow moving transport, but was a much needed add-on to my already growing plethora of accessories for my small and handy, but powerful little Pure One S12.

We thought our Dyson cordless did a great job, until we had to empty the Tineco S12, 3 TIMES on the first day we used it, AFTER we had just cleaned a day earlier with the Dyson for the last time!!!

Lightweight, good power and runtime, great versatility and attachments, second battery and being easily swap-able is fantastic. The only real downfalls are the size of the dust bin, and how quickly the pre-filter gets clogged, reducing suction efficiency. The pre-filter cleaning tool is a great idea in concept, however you really just end up transferring the dirt from that filter, on to the clean one you install to clean the dirty one, so a bit of a vicious cycle there. Also, edge cleaning is not great with this vacuum, either front or side.

When I bought my Tineco, it didn't come with the hard floor head, I was using the carpet head, and it was working ok, but my son who has the hard floor attachment said it works even better to get that fine dust. I must say it does work better! And picks up really well. I can also run over some of my smaller area rugs with it, without problem. I'm impressed!

First, We really like our S11. Worked great for almost a year. Then the lights on the Hard Floor Brush worked intermittently. Called Tineco and we trouble shot the machine. They sent a replacement tube. Helped a little, but I had to jiggle the machine, clean the contacts constantly. I bought this over Dyson because of the lighted head. Decided to buy a replacement Sold Roller Brush. It only works marginally better. Disappointed..... Would have given 4.5 stars if the lights worked.

The soft roller brush does not perform like I had hoped. I invested in upgrading my S11 with the soft roller brush, I'd been considering it for awhile since I'm not happy with the performance of my S11 on hard floors and hoped this would help. It simply does not do a very good job.

Trying to buy a Tineco PURE ONE S12/S11/X Series Full-Size LED Hard Floor Brush/Soft Roller Brush from Tineco turned into the worse online experience I have ever had. I choose the online tracking option for my purchase to promptly collect the package from my doorstep once delivered. My phone message alert's beeped saying my package was delivered. Surprise – nope – not a thing, no package here. Next, a series of email exchanges where Tineco insisted my package had been delivered. I told them over the course of five or six emails that they had not believed the items to me. Long story short, they refunded my money.
