Purchased this as wedding gift Very light, but has great pickup whether needing wet or dry vaccum function. Instead of using the heavier vaccum, I use this at doorways and entry rugs. Really enjoy this battery charged item. Thanks, B. Graham

So, this mop is definitely not perfect. After reading the instructions carefully, My floors are now clean! the main issue for me was the leakage of dirty water. the instructions say specifically not to recline the mop too far in order to prevent this.. the only other con about this little machine is that it doesn't get corners or baseboards. for that some extra scrubbing power is needed. overall, I really like this machine since my small apartment (poor grad student here) is primarily carpeted with about half laminate flooring. machines water tanks and pre filter MUST be cleaned after each use for them to be effective and avoid ODOR. luckily tineco sends an extra prefilter to avoid the hassle of waiting for drying time.

I just used this machine on my laminate floor. This machine didn't leave any streaks and it uses very little water.

I love this too much! The convenience this offers is unreal for anyone who loves clean, clean floors! Does a amazing job with rugs as well! I am now a lifetime Tineco fan!

I may have not gotten the most expensive one, but after working with this, I really like it. If you don't have patience, then it's not for you. It's with any other upgrade ones too. My daughter has a Ifloor 3 and it is amazing. But again, You can't just move it around fast. This is something I needed in my kitchen as things are always being spilled since I have grandkids living with me. I just hated mopping all the time. This works, But yo do have to clean it each time, otherwise like a mop that has been sitting around, it will smell.

very bad product, didn't suck anything and died right on the 3rdtry. Contacted Tineco customer service, they ask for every information and told me take pictures bla bla bla, at the end they couldn't do anything beside told me send it back and wait for 30 days. It will be much faster to just return to Walmart and buy a new one, I just bought it for a week only. Just write in here if anyone has the same issue don't even bother to waste your time to contact Tineco, just return it.

Worst thing ever! It left the worst streaks on my floor. The video shows you only what it wants to because they don't tell you of the after care that goes with it. If Im trying to save time and not have to sweep before actually mopping my floor but then you have to take an hour to clean the machine after each use then that defeats the purpose of saving time. I definitely do not have time for that nor the patience and I still had to go back and mop the corners. Definitely not worth the money!!!

I would not recommend this at all. I was so excited to receive this because of all the people who love their Tinecos. However, this was a huge disappointment. The suction on it is practically non-existant. Also, the battery takes 4-6 hours to charge, and it didn't even last long enough to finish my very small living room, hallway, and kitchen. Not to mention it left steaks all over my floors, so my floors looked dirtier after using it. I will be returning this to the store asap.

it was ok the first day. then it would just keep turning off on its own like 2 mins in even if charged over night

This is the second one I have bought the first one lasted less than a year I just bought this one and it does a terrible job of mopping and vacuuming I think I’m going to give up on this brand I would not recommend.
