TINECO Vacuum Cleaner Filter for A10, A11 & S11 Series Vacuums

you sent one small filter , need to have 2 so the kit would have 2 long filters and small filters

The filters are the original and nice for back up when you do actually wash a filter and need to let it dry a day or two. The HEPA filter for my vacuum, A11 master, is located above the handle. You just squeeze both side and the unit slides out the back. My HEPA filter is surrounded by thin metal/aluminum and is held in with a screw. I luckily have a long magnetic tip screw driver which helped greatly in removing it and installing the new one to verify it fits and it did as it should. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought my Tinneco A10 a year ago and absolutely love it, it's perfect for full time rving with a dog and mud from my four wheelers coming in and out. I recently purchased the replacement filter kit, and it works like brand new. The only thing I would reccomend is to put little paper with the kits to tell everyone about the little screw with the hepa filter.

These are very good filters and the shipping time was quick. My only complaint is the cost. Even with this bundle of three filters the price seems pretty high for what it cost to manufacture these. Perhaps there are some third-party compatible filters that would be less expensive.

I know what the long ones are for, but the short one I ended up throwing away because I have no idea what it's for or where it goes... so I felt that was a waste of my money, and there's no instructions either. This basically came in something that looks like a zip lock bag.

Very pleased with how fast the delivery was!! I really loved this vacuum for the first few weeks that I had it. But after a few weeks it started to not work as good as it did in the beginning. Now it has a hard time picking up pet hair. I have two long haired cats and this vacuum was the best one I have ever owned in my life for the first 3-4 weeks but after using it a lot it really doesn't do that good of a job anymore. Idk why really. I wish that it kept working as good as it did right out of box. I wanted to use it all the time. I also wish that it didn't take so long to charge and had more use time while charged.

I think I also needed another part but didn't realize it. We think the filter was thrown out accidently when emptying it. Is there a bottom plastic piece that covers the bottom after putting in the filter? If so can tell me that replacement part number?

Time for new filters so I ordered this replacement pack. I don't know if it's the vacuum or the filters but now I can't even vacuum a small room before it shuts off for a dirty filter. Disappointed.

I purchased this not so inexpensive vacuum and now I am forced to buy a redesigned dust collector and in addition to that issue, I was charged and sent new replacement filters that no longer work because of redesign!!

My tineco vacuum would only work for maybe 2 minutes then it would shut off and a flashing light would come on saying I needed to clean filters which I did and it still would only work maybe 2 minutes. So I purchased all new filters and installed them on my tineco vacuum and it still does the same thing. So I'm very unhappy with my tineco vacuum.
