At first I was skeptical to try a product you did not need a prescription for. My husband has had ringing in his years for several months. I could not get him to talk to his doctor so when I saw TinniFree I had to have him try them. It took 4 days for him to feel relief. At first he did not want to but the ringing was gone. Instructions say to continue for 90 days. It is such a relief for him that he will gladly take them.

I just received these pills I put them in my daily pill Box so I dont forget to take them 2 pills twice a day For the first three months I have taken them about A week now it seems better but I think they need to be Taken for a longer period for the best results

I have been using this product for a few days and, thus far I am very pleased.. I have been experiencing ringing in my ears for a very long time, Sometimes I hear thunder, when it's none and sometimes I can hear rain falling when it's none. I am now taking two capsules at night, that when the ringing starts when I lay down my head.. For a few nights now, the ringing has subsided a whole lot. I will continue to use this, until I'm comfortable.. It does have a little taste but leaves no after taste after swallowing with liquid.

My husband suffers from constant ringing in his ears. He's been taking this regularly for about 2 weeks now, but has not seen a marked improvement. To be fair, the bottle says that for best results, "use daily for six to nine months". For the first 90 days you have to take 2 capsules twice daily with food and water. Overall, if you look at the ingredients, you're basically taking vitamins. It has Vitamin A, Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, and Chromium. One bottle only has 60 capsules, so you would need a couple bottles before you would be able to tell if it's making a huge difference. Overall, I think it's a solid vitamin. Only time will tell if it can reduce or stop the ringing.

I do have a little ringing in my ears and have been wanting to take something for it hopefully this will help soon. I think I need to take it longer I have not had this product for the full amount of time recommended on the package . I've had a little relief so far hopefully it will even improve more the longer I take it. I have not had any ill affects from this and I wish that you did not have to take it quite so often during the day. It would be easier for most people if you only had to take it once a day.

The instructions on the container indicate that these should be taken 4 capsules a day for the first 90 days then change to 2 per day for a total of 6 to 9 months. That means they should not be taken with daily multi vitamins as that would put vitamin A way over the recommended daily limits. 4 tablets is 10000 iu of vitamin A. That is the upper safe limit as I understand it for vitamin A consumption-many multi vitamins have a maximum of 3000 iu as large amounts can cause problems. I assume that is the amount that helps reduce tinnitus. I have taken these as directed for a week now without any major change in tinnitus symptoms. I do expect to have results closer to the 6 months recommended. 4 stars since the package does not indicate that this should be in place of daily vitamins-not in addition to it.

I've been taking these faithfully now for 2 weeks and I must say I can tell a difference. It's not that the ringing has completely gone but the ringing is not as loud and the times of the high pitched ringing are not as often. So in my opinion the Tinnitus Relief Formula - Tinnifree with Clinically Studied Ingredients. Powerful Effective Formula to Improve Inner Ear Circulation & Help Stop Ringing in The Ears is effective to a point. It did not stop the ringing completely but the ringing is much more tolerable.
