A few reviews staing it arrived broken...most likely with these little electronics the batteries are dead/non functional. There is a plastic piece that needs to be removed, place new batteries (if not turning on), hit the reset button, and then the power and it should work. For this being almost 3 years old, the packaging was in very good shape, and price was phenomenal, thank you!

The price was great, unfortunately I couldn't get the remote to work so I have to turn on, change the volume and channel manually on the tv itself .

it is brand new. had to remove the little plastic strip. but it doesn't work. i will try to replace the battery

I bought a Star Trek one from another online retailer and loved it so much wenting looking for more. I did find them at walmart and I ordered 2 of them. A Big Bang tv show and a Jaws. Neither worked. The Jaws one had broken antennae too. Very disappointing. These must be very old stock since the batteries in both were dead and still had the pull tag in the back - so no reason why it should be dead, except maybe old.

Doesn't work, will return.

it was broken when it arrived

I ordered two, one for myself and one for my daughter. I opened mine and it doesnt work at all. Now, its just a worthless piece of plastic. I'm hoping her's works, but im profoundly disappointed
