I just thought it was going to be just an ordinary purchase. But this is really nice. It's much larger than I thought it would be. It's very warm. It's water resistant. I would recommend this. I think it's the perfect blankets for anything you're doing outdoors. Even indoors.

From some reviews, I guess I was expecting a thin, small cheaply made stadium blanket made to watch middle school football. I regularly check out the 1 stars first and watch for common complaints, before I read the better ratings. However, I dont know what some people expected...This is exactly as described. One side is made of water resistant and windproof material, while the opposite is a soft sherpa. It is not thick, nor was it described as a thick bed blanket. It is not thin either. I am 5'3" and it swallows me whole. I wanted a waterproof type blanket for hiking/camping instead of using a sleeping bag. This fits the bill! It folds, and then rolls down to be secured witha sturdy velcro. It does have a handle, but I will be strapping it to my pack. It seems to be constructed very well. I love it.

I bought these blankets on sale for around $25 each. They kept us nice and warm in the stands during soccer season! They seem fairly waterproof.

This is a big, warm, wind proof blanket. The waterproof layer is flexiable and doesn't make the noisy nylon sound some other blankets do. It is also a good price. It hasn't rained when we have used it, but it is waterproof. I will buy a second. I tried others and this is the best.

Nice size blanket. Worked great at a rainy November soccer game. My only complaint is that when you roll it up, the flap to close it doesn't secure well.
