I ❤️❤️❤️ TirTIR Milk TOner works wonders in my skin which is very sensitive and drys out very quick!! Love how hydrating the milk toner keeps my skin moisturize and hydrate! Beautiful! My skin so smooth, soft and glowing after each use! I have received many compliments!!!

This milky toner goes on so easily and has a silky feel. It's the best toner I've used. Makeup goes on so smoothly after this toner.
