Easy to put together and they look great on my bulletin boards.

Harder than it looks
Grab a handful of tissue paper, get crazy and squeeze it into a ball. Tie a string around it and bam… looks as good as this. I guess I was expecting something that was already made and you just open it up and that's that. But nope. It's tissue paper, you tie the string in the center and then try to open up the fan of individual tissue paper. Super thin, basic, easy to tear tissue paper. Oh well. It's just for one day.

Pom Pom
This is a tad annoying to “assemble” You are told to just pull each layer and thats how it gets the cute shape shown but it rips easily its just tissue paper. Very annoying. I would have rather brought my own tissue paper
