This sewer hose is a horrible design entirely. First, the hose itself is not the slinky type where you can shorten it slightly if necessary. In fact, it stays almost completely rigid making it nearly impossible to keep it on the elevated hose track. Even after finally getting it to stay put, as soon as I open the tank, it falls off the track. Secondly, the snap in septic drain fitting is a complete joke. It pops out incessantly, spilling onto the ground which is obviously unacceptable. Third, the fitting which attaches directly to the tank drain has no features in place whatsoever to prevent it from easily detaching when the drain is opened causing it to simply detach on its own while draining the black tank! Again, completely unacceptable. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product ENTIRELY. Unfortunately, it is not returnable as per Walmart policy. I will be contacting the manufacturer directly about the severe malfunctions I have encountered upon using this overpriced piece of garbage for less than one month now. I only hope they stand behind their brand, and can offer me a replacement of a product that does not pose a legitimate health hazard by not properly containing the waste it is designed to contain appropriately and consistently. This product is an absolute nightmare, and very poorly engineered to say the least. Buyer beware! This is a non-returnable safety/health hazard. The hose fittings detach from either end (and sometimes both ends at once) at any given monent while waste is flowing through when emptying your RV tank!
