warranty is really for one year
I bought this chair and only has a parts and labor warranty for one year. No massage chair technicians live anywhere near me and third time it broke I can't fix it even though I have a 5 year warranty. They send you a part but last time it broke chair has to be disassembled and to much for me. I spent 4600 know it's a fixture. Look for a company that gives A full 3 year parts and labor. Better massage chairs are built better that's why warranty is better
