Bought this grapple on sale black friday, when received the global euro attaching points were misaligned, contacted Titan by phone and email. Less than 2 hours they called I sent info they asked for, by noon same day I had approval for needed alteration and credit for same. I bought this implement based largely on price but found customer service to be exceptional. I also purchased a Titan bale spear and flail mower all work as stated. Well pleased with Titan's equipment.

Great product As advertised Installed with no problem

attachment well built but be prepared to work on global mount, was a full half inch to big in diameter on hook side and half inch to high. would not come close to locking and way to much play, mount also looked to be a quarter inch out of square. had to weld in filler bushings. that being fixed now it is heavy built and does a good job.

Works well, good quality, If the bottom tines were 6" longer with a gentle upward curve the unit would be perfect, it would lift logs much better than now, I would be interested in 4 to 6 bolt on tines to extend the ones now.

Well made product. One possible improvement would be a metal plate in front of the hose connection on the lower part of the unit.

It would not lock on to my loader (holes did not line up) had to shim top hook a 1/4 in. little disappointed!

Works good and well built. The only complaint would the holes don’t line up in the bottom rod holes. Once I hook the top hooks I have to use a 4x4 to rest the grapple on to get it to lift up 3/8” in order for the rod to slide in the bottom holes.
