Very Good Quality
Very sturdy. Excellent quality for the price. I agree with other reviewer the chain is cheap - but who doesn't have a sturdy chain around the farm. Binder is a bit too long for a compact tractor. It barley fits our JD 4410 bucket. Overall works great. Hauled 100 large bales with no problems. I also purchased a 3 point hitch attachment. Having a bale on the back really helps balance the weight and makes hauling bales that much faster.

Heavy Duty
Very impressed with the build quality. Works great on my compact tractor to move 4x5 bales. The chain binder is a little long for my bucket size, but it works. Fast shipping.

easy to install often ... and strong
We put this on and take this off nearly every day, as we use our bucket for other stuff. But it is simple / heavy duty / easy to assemble (initial assembly) and easy each day. It takes about 1.5 mi

Have had more heavy duty spears for same money but haven’t had a chance to put it through it’s paces! With that said I’m still happy with the purchase! Time will tell!

Sturdy but
Hay spear attachment frame is well built and sturdy. The chain that comes with it is cheap and broke on first use. Except to buy at least a chain. Also, binder is too big (long) for subcompact or compact tractors. Had to buy a binder too.

Bale spear points are a little short, however it still works. May buy a longer point for better hold.
