Just what I needed to compliment my home gym
I am a 74 year old man that has worked out a good part of my life. The past 10-12 years I was the sole caretaker for my wife who sadly passed in 2019. Soon after Covid hit and going to the gym was out of the question. I began building my own home gym in my basement piece by piece. I now have a squat/bench rack and the Monolifts I purchased from you are something that will help me work out safer as I lift solo.

Monolift arms
These are fantastic. I cannot put a mono in my garage and walking 600+ pounds out is dangerous. These arms make squatting safer for me, especially when I have bands attached, and they are more than capable of handling as much weight as I can move.
