Quick and easy assembly! Quality product! Only flaw is the arm rest a litte wimsey at it's highest position. Aside from that, definitely recommend this product.

Good exercise instrument.
Simple instrument, easy to assemble. The seat, arm rest and bar rack are adjustable for height. Can be used not only sitting down but standing up in front of it as well for doing shoulder shrugs.

I like the fact that this bench has 3 point adjustment, seat, arm rest, and weight bar holder.
