What I expected and more my grandson enjoyed it

I like this item because I know I will not damage my legs, shins when I jump on it. Because there are four sizes I can do lots of exercises with this Plyometric box. And, it's easy to hide away when I'm done.

This is a great addition to my gym and really helps with form for squats. I needed something with a height of 16" for squats as I am recovering from an IT band injury and need the extra support. I am already seeing an improvement in my workouts!

This product is great for my use

I purchased this foam plyometric block about two weeks ago and it has given me everything I need. I found myself wanting to incorporate some plyometric work into my routine but did not want to pay hundreds of dollars for one of these blocks. Titan was a wonderful choice! It is very firm and solid yet soft enough to provide the necessary cushion needed to protect the knees and joints of the lower extremities. It seems like it will be something that remains durable for many years.

I'm a personal trainer and love this box for squats, Bulgarian split squats, and hip thrusts. I got the smaller size so it's a little wobbly for step-ups, but you can do them if you're careful and have good balance %26 stability. Box jumps would not be safe on the smaller size. Overall a great box, and I like using it as a seat :)

I've been using it for hip thrusts, step ups, etc. It can sometimes be wobbly depending on what height is used. However, I'm still satisfied with this buy.
