Titan Luca V Full Body Compression Massage Chair, L-Track Zero Gravity Recliner, Brown

I've had this massage chair a few months and no problem yet. It comes with a 3 year part warranty and 1 year labor I think so I figure for the sake price it's worth the risk. I've learned how to use the features better and I love it. The programs are great, but what I love best is that I can adjust the rollers to move up or down to get the areas I want to focus on. I appreciate the heating function as well. I enjoy the air pressure then release on my my legs. It has a foot roller as well.

I recently purchased the Titan Luca V Massage Chair from Sam'sClub.Com as a birthday gift. It arrived early thanks to Sam's Club and the Titan corporation great assistance. It is truly a wonderfully comfortable asset to or lives. Thank you for making a birthday great!!

This chair is absolutely awesome. From the neck down is a slice of Heaven. Ooooooo I love the compression. It pulls me in, then gently releases all of the tension. It's WELL worth the price.

Bought it on sale, came fully assembled. Did a few trials, haven't explored all options yet, it's pretty solid massage chair. It covers all the way from the toe to top shoulder, happy with the purchase.

The chair just arrived yesterday. It was packaged well with good Styrofoam supports with additional plywood to keep the Styrofoam and cardboard from buckling. The box had no damage at all. When I lifted the box over the chair it was covered in a plastic bag and the foot massager also had an additional cloth cover. There were also two plastic shield to keep the foot massager and main chair from being able to come in contact and scuff each other. My brother and I were able to carry/ roll the chair with relative ease. My first time using the chair was last night. I felt that the air massage was a little excessive in how much pressure it put in the bags. I tried to adjust the pressure but it did little to change it. This may be a part that will fix itself with repetitive use and breaking in, however that being said if you feel you have frail shoulders or calves, you may want to have someone else break those parts in. I have pretty large calves and it was pretty unpleasant, almost painful. I have to admit I was happy each time it deflated. The arms are a single bag on top and bottom of each arm. They work but don't really feel to have much of an effect as a massage goes for me. The controls can be a little confusing with pictures for each function. Make sure to read the manual to understand the controls. The L-Track massage wasn't bad. It wasn't very aggressive, but felt like a decent mechanism. I am right around 5'11" and I felt as though I were about 2 inches too tall for the chair. The rollers barely were able to make it to my neck area. So I'd say the ideal height would be 5'9" or shorter. The foot massager does extend out if you have the chair tilted back and push out with your feet. I have not tried the Bluetooth out yet. I plan to do that this weekend. All in all I felt that it was a decent chair for the price. I was able to pick it up for $1,199 when it was on sale. I have been looking at different chairs for a long time and tried a few out. I took a chance on this chair solely based on price. I was extremely close to biting the bullet for the Human Touch Super Nova, but $10k is a huge pill to swallow. That being said if the Super Nova had been between $5-6k I wouldn't have thought twice about taking it over this one. Obviously based on price and amenities alone this chair isn't going to come close to a $4k+ chair, but I do feel they could have made a few changes that i don't think would have added much cost but could make it a lot better. I will update this review after a few months of repetitive/ daily use.

The chair arrived with a bolt loose at the bottom of the Box. More than likely due to this bolt that had fallen off I'm not sure but it got stuck in those 0 gravity position. This was on the 2nd use. Sams could not replace it because they were out of the white ones.

I bought this Dec 2020 for a gift. The massage was wonderful. I like how you can manually adjust the width of the rollers. However, I'm about 5'3"; the air massage on the arms are massaging my hands. If there was only a way to manually adjust it, I would give it 4 stars.

I just received this chair end of May 2020 and it went out on us yesterday... it was a gift for my husband.. super bummed!

worked for exactly 30 days then the mechanism in the back massager started grinding and not working properly. Sending it back as I write. Ill spend my money elsewhere

Got this for Christmas we plugged it in tonight because I have not had a chance to mess with it till now and the power light comes on the back but the chair does not work nor does the remote power on. Will do a follow up when I hear back from Sams or the Manufacturer as of right now chair with no massaging. Kinda bummed because I was looking forward to this tonight....
