As advertised, I was able to get a really good sear without the food sticking. Cleanup is easy but I suggest doing it as soon as the pan is cool enough to safely handle. Worth the price.

The non stick will stick is cook too hot. There is a learning process like cast iron.

So far I am very happy with this pan. It is light but sturdy. It is not nonstick, but it is less sticky then, one might expect from titanium, which is not a nonstick material, and it is easy to clean. This pan has not stained or scratched. It has become one of my most used pans.

well made, just like a more expensive pan. the supply of soft scrubbers is appreciated. I like using them with Bar Keepers stovetop polish, then the pan looks new again

Fabulous to cook with, even heat on bottom of pan, non-stick surface great, especially easy to clean after cooking, now want the 12 pan.

These are great pans but I did try to use it without any pan spray or oil and my eggs stuck badly so you do need to use some sort of a spray or oil for items not to stick. But I like that it's titanium and not coated. Lightweight and easy to use.

It was hard to assemble the lid. The hole and the screw were not perfect match. The top of the hole was partially hidden, and the hole itself was not straight, but under the angle. So, to fit screw in it was a struggle. I had to remove the red cushion in order to push the screw into that curved hole better. The handle for the pan was easier to attach, but it doesn't look strong connection. I'd prefer the factory do that. The feel of the handle is very unpleasant for the skin; not sure what kind of metal it's made of. I had to put some rubber coat on it. I just the pan today; didn't cook yet. I'll try tomorrow. If it will not satisfactory as well, I'll edit my revie and add my opinion here.

Set up and oiled exactly as requested. Was NOT non-stick and stained the first time used! Don't bother with this one.

The bacon and pork chops stuck to the pan and was hard to clean 😔

The handle that accompanies the product has to be attached by the consumer.The nuts are defective and do not firmly hold the handle flush to the pan.Because of this the screws will eventually break,causing someone to be seriously injured.
