I bought two of these bike locks for grandkids ages 8 and 11. The locks are easy to work and seem to be very durable. I set the combination myself so as to avoid a 1234 or 0000 or something along those lines. The mechanism is simple and easy to work. The length is plenty long enough for their needs. They do tend to recoil a bit when stretching them out as they're cable and not chain. But it's not an issue and the grandkids lock and unlock them by themselves. I would purchase again if need be.

So far it does what it's supposed to do. It is outside so time will tell how well it will work.

This dude works great for keeping the tires securely on my bike and out of the hands of the terrible people who steal bike tires. Goes on easy and keeps my bike safe whilst I'm not using it!! You can set your own 4 digit code and it's very user friendly and simple to get on and off, as I use it multiple times daily and am generally in a bit of a rush on my way to and from work.
