AT & T 2- line cordless phone in performing as advertised. Great service. Great price.

Big Flaw
I have a home office and need a two line phone. I refused to buy one in the past for this exact reason. When you are on a cordless phone and talking to someone on Line 1, then Line 2 rings and there is no way to silence the outgoing and incoming messages. You can turn it down, but it won't silence. You can mute the ringing only. So, I am talking to one customer when I have to listen to the out and incoming messages on the 2nd line or I have to move from my desk.

Three Strikes - Done With This One!
Poor quality control at the factory? First one was missing the battery compartment cover. Second one, the base didn't work. Third one, the handset would not charge for more than two minutes at a time (had to keep taking the battery out to "reset" it). No idea of the sound quality as we never got one charged and working to find out. I'm not one to give up easily on a product--did all the troubleshooting on the mfg website, lengthy conversations with customer service resulting in replacement of the product, but after the third try I gave up and returned it for a refund.
