I would recommend this item
Absolutely love it! I had one already but I wanted another one so I can bake two sourdough bread at the same time. It is heavy, but easy to clean, the top is wonderful. Now my bread can rise up. I used 6-7 times for bread baking.

Beautiful
Beautiful! Bought this for my daughter's birthday and she loves it. She is a sourdough baker and it was exactly what she was looking for and perfect color, Perfect size.

beware of chipping and rusting
Used this beautiful piece a total of 6 times to cook sourdough in a 500 oven. The inside piece chipped off (no metal was used inside) and is rusting. VERY disappointed. I wish I would have been more observant to catch this within the return time. $50 waste in the trash.
