disappointed in self cleaner
It is very glitchy. I have to unplug it and plug it back in sometimes or take the tray out which is empty and put it back in. It will start to clean and then stop midway. I have checked everything like it says and nothing is wrong. When you insert the tray it rips up the bag also. Rather disappointed after all the hype about these.

Automatic cat litter box is a big failure it's ful
Automatic cat litter box is a failure. It never empties out the clumps keeps piling up all day have to take the lid off and clean it out with a little shovel. The machine does not work. The machine inside is always full with wet waste never dumps out

Flail Self Cleaning Litter Box malfunction
Unable to get litter boxes to work and unable to get information or phone number to contact someone for help. It picks up the Wi-Fi but button on the left keeps blinking.

the space is to small for them to turn around and the litter keeps coming out the hole onto the the floor dont like this product will b returning it.
