I have never owned a Dutch oven. I had a gift card and figured I'd buy myself something special that I would keep using. What a smart choice in getting the Spice by Tia Mowry 11.81 inch casserole dish. Taking it out of the box I was amazed at how heavy it is. I left it on my stove for a couple of weeks just so I could admire it. I have made a couple of dishes in the pot and I have to say, I love that it goes from stove to oven with ease. The food comes out moist when I use it! I highly recommend!

I love the looks and smaller sized and lighter Dutch Oven. I've used it for pot roast and to bake crusty bread. It works on induction and is great for stove top to oven braised cooking and pretty enough to head right to the buffet. It cleans up easily too.

This is a smaller iron out than my regular ones and I love it. It is perfect for smaller soups, casseroles, etc.. I love the mint green color, it is the first enameled iron pan that I have ever had so well see how it holds up. The design on the lid is really pretty too.

The 3.5 qt enameled cast iron casserole pot is absolutely amazing, it came very well packaged . The pot is heavy and well made, I love using it with just about everything I make. It had so much room to hold food , enough for a huge family. The casserole pot can be used on regular stove top, oven , and I've even used it on my smoker, there's endless ways to cook with this. It can withstand heat up to 500 , so everything comes out perfect.

I love this enameled cast iron casserole dish. Can be used for so many things! I've been using it to bake my sourdough bread, the bread comes out perfect every time! The soft mint color is great for any kitchen. I would give it 10 stars! I highly recommend for yourself or would make a great gift!

This Dutch oven is possibly the most beautiful item I own in my kitchen! The quality rivals Williams & Sonoma, and the materials used are quality, looks and feels high end! I have used this 3 times and have yet to chip it, nor has the color begun to discolor. This would be a beautiful gift for someone, a good quality piece of cookwear that will last for years to come!

This Tia Mowry Spice Teal Green 3.5 Quart Enameled Cast Iron Casserole pot is very heavy duty! It evenly cooks your food and it retains the heat as well. I love that it's enameled. I didn't even have a problem with food sticking. Love the color teal and love the design on the lid. The lid is also cast iron with the enameled coating on it. It is heavy, of course we all know cast iron is not light weight! I cooked green beans in it and this casserole pot cooked them evenly and perfectly. I love cooking with cast iron and love that you can get cast iron in different colors now. Use to you could only purchase cast iron in dark gray. Tia Mowry has come out with some very pretty colors and designs in cast iron and I think it's great. You can cook most anything in this casserole pot. It is a breeze to clean up. I especially like how it will keep the food warm for awhile after taking the pot off the heat. It is a very nice quality product. The beautiful design and color makes it so you can even serve it right on the table. Just be sure to use a trinket or a heating pad to protect your table. I plan on buying more pieces of Tia Mowry's Cooking items and you should too. Her cook ware is really nice! I highly recommend Tia Mowry's products! Go buy some today! You'll love it!

I am reviewing the Tia mowry mint 3.5 Quart enamel cast iron casserole dish. Upon receiving this product, the box was super heavy! The package was a box inside a box and was packaged nicely. There were no chips or anything wrong with it. It has a beautiful bluish green color. The lid has a beautiful handle. I thought this casserole dish might be smaller than it actually 3.5 quarts doesn't sound big but it is the perfect size for a meal or soup! I can't wait to take it to family functions and get togethers! I would definitely recommend this product. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
