TMS Metropolitan 3 -Piece Durable Wood Farmhouse Dining Set with Table and Chairs, Black

I bought this for my 91 yr old father who just moved into assisted living and needed a small table in his kitchen. He put it together himself without too much trouble. He did say the chairs were a little more challenging but got them together.

Good quality for the price. Assembling the chairs was somewhat difficult at one point but overall easy to put together. I'm very happy with this table set!

The finished product looks nice, table, chairs and bar stools are very sturdy but assembly was not so easy. It took both of us 2 days to assemble all. The table and chairs had letter and %23 stickers on all parts that matched the instructions but on the bar stools the stickers we left off of the parts we had to go by the pictures on the instructions we had to take parts back off and reassemble i would not buy this brand bar stools again because of this. But all in all we are satisfied with finished product

The assembly of the table is simple. The chairs are a little complicated. You need to careful of screw %236 on the chair. If you force it could crack the side of the P4 piece of wood. I had to open the hold just slightly so it would fit tight. The tools they give is not really good for a quick install, it would take you a long time. I have special tools to make it easier.

This set looks nice, but is not as sturdy as I would have liked. Not sure of the overall durability since I've only had it a week. My 14yr old grandson put it together but the directions weren't very clear, so did take some trial and error and extra time. This is a perfect fit in my little dining area. I also like the fact that I can get matching bar stools for my counter height breakfast bar. I would recommend this set to people who aren't "hard on furniture".

This was the perfect fit for my small dinette area. It left me with plent of room to add either a server or a small hutch or cabinet. It also has a good size surface area for two and could sit four if need be. I put the entire set together one evening after work. For a novice it might seem complicated but if you take your time and follow the instructions one step at a time you should be fine. The chairs are comfortable and the material on the seat is eye appealing. I am pleases with the espresso color finish of the wood.

I would consider myself relatively savvy at assembling furniture but the chairs on this set took quite a while to assemble. The instructions could have been more clear with better pictures to assist in the assembly. Overall, the table and chairs look great once assembled. Can't comment on the durability because I've only had the set for a week so far...

Thought this would be a great idea for my elderly dad's assisted living apartment but what a hassle! The table went to get her well in 20 minutes.. the chairs no. Honestly I put together furniture all the time and these were the absolute worst! Took around 6 hours to assemble 2 chairs which is not acceptable. Why? Because they made holes with cut outs that cut into the Allen wrench they provide so you end up only being able to do a quarter of a turn and resetting the wrench again when screwing them together. You are talking multiple screws and two chairs. I was ready to throw the chairs out the window. Worth paying more money and getting something delivered with set up from a local furniture store next time!

I read the reviews on this product and most of them were good. When I opened it all up, there were no instructions! The table is pretty easy. Make sure if you buy this that there are instructions in the box otherwise take it back to the store. A lot of people had trouble with the chairs. My friend is going to buy this from me and her husband is going to put it together. I just ordered a better table from a different place. 😁

The table was easy to put together yet it was scratched before my mom saw it (It was a surprise gift for her)! The chairs were EXTREMELY hard to put together which is probably why it only came with 2! The chairs are poor quality. I am very disappointed, especially since it cost as much as it did!!!!!!
