This cartridge is a 3rd party replacement toner cartridge so I doubt it will be compatible with my Brother laser printer. During first installation, you receive a "No Toner" error message. To be honest, the printing quality of this toner is no different from that of our brother's genuine toner. I am very disappointed in the quality of this ink it is supposed to be black but shows more like gray, very light, even after adjustments to the printer, best stick to OEM and get better quality.
