Great sturdy chair so I dont have to worry about my mom in the shower. She is super independent and this chair is perfect for what she needs. Chair was a little confusing to assemble even though there was pictures and text. But we got it done and its nice and durable. I didnt put on the blue pads because I think they would breed mold eventually so I just left it as is. The material is textured sonl we thought that will be enough to not slip. We also left one of the side rails off so it is easier to get in and out from the side. Overall great investment for my mom.
Open the packaging and ensure that all accessories are neatly arranged and properly protected. Due to the use of dovetail screws, without the aid of any tools, everything can be assembled in just ten minutes. All materials are made of aluminum alloy and plastic, so the overall quality is very lightweight and extremely easy to move. The chair legs can be equipped with enlarged suction cups to increase stability (I didn't install them, regular suction cups are sufficient). The handle with a strong suction cup can be applied to bathroom walls to help support and prevent slipping. In short, this is a very practical bathroom accessory.
I bought this shower chair for seniors in my family. The chair is stable and with grips on chair seat/back and armrests. I like the chair height adjustable so it can fit all people. All parts are separatable and tighten up with screws so I can clean the chair easily once a while. I like the suction grabs, so I do not need to drill holes on the wall. Now the senior can take show himself/herself or I can wash for them.
I love this chair! I had two back surgeries and it was the only way I could shower. It's comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and stays in place. I'm still using it since I'm not fully healed.
Really great, plenty big enough but still fits in standing shower. It's pretty light. The side arms arms and back are removable which is nice. It's really sturdy, the bolts or whatever haven't loosened over a few months so hopefully it'll stay that way.

Nice chair and while it appears to be well made I can't seem to get the screws tightened enough to stay tight because I have to tighten them every time I use it. The screws continually seem to loosen over time. I also did not realize how big the chair is and for me it doesn't work because I have a regular sized tub, not a free standing large shower without the tub enclosure required for this sized chair.
Assembly was easy enough, but the legs dont fit inside the tub. For those wanting a toilet its fine, but I wanted this to use in my tub post-surgery and now don't have time to return and get something I can actually use AND I'll have more pain to endure by not having it to use😒 😕 😑
back legs broke first time use. even got the protection plan and can't get a refund. called the company number and it don't even work
I bought this for my elderly father to have independence with his shower. This is a horrible setup. It is wide and bulky and not sturdy at all The shower holder was cheap and broke upon putting on the assembled chair. Make sure to read carefully because I did not, there is no refund or return, you buy it, you keep it. Don't know about anyone else,but as a caretaker I find being able to shop from home a blessing. Have been a Walmart customer for several years and I do a lot of ordering for groceries, health products, pet products, etc. This is the first time I have not been able to return or get a refund. My money is hard earned and not spent frivolously, so quality is important. Don't wait the $40 on this product, not worth it and quite frankly am disappointed that Walmart allows distributors like this to sell from their platform. That was always the good thing about Walmart...thr reassurance that if something wasn't right with a product or sales I always had the option of returning the product...no reassurance of that any more.
