TO-4 30 Drive Train CAT Fluid - 5 Gallon Pail (18L - 4.75 GAL)

This is currently the best price I can find for TO-4 rated oil. I got an old dozer that specs 30 wt engine oil in the transmission, transfer case and final drives. It specs that in the manual because that was the best thing available at that time. But engine oil is a compromise for that purpose. According to my research, TO-4 is a gear drive optomized oil that replaced engine oil in this use as soon as it came on the market. So its an obviously preferable upgrade. At this price, its cheaper than engine oil. I've ordered 2 buckets so far. I might need a third by the time I'm done changing everything on the Komatsu.

My husband shopped around for the best price for days and decided to get this lubricant because it was the best price, could be delivered quickly. He put into the CAT skids teer and got to work.

This item is hard to find locally and I thought ordering through Walmart was a good deal. My problem is with the shipping company. The first time I ordered they said delivery exceptions for 4 or 5 days even though I asked to leave for pickup at a local drop off. Needless to say it got broken in the process. This time I ordered 2 five gallon buckets and so far have only received 1. So if you live in the middle of town where they can drop it at your door your probably good.; but otherwise it will probably take a week longer to get because it gets broken when they haul it around for days
