This product is wonderful for our grandson! Plus it looks nice in our home. We also bought one for our daughter and son-in-law's home! It seems much safer than others we looked at and it's easy to adjust the standing area, as our grandson grows. It stores nicely under our kitchen bar, when not in use.

Great stand for an independent toddler! Our 1 1/2 year old loves it! The stairs give her the independence to get in and out and she loves that. Our old one did not have stairs and she would constantly try to climb in it.

Overall it's good, but the details that need attention are: the space on the sides is wide enough for a child to put their leg through and get their foot stuck. My daughter figured out how to do this from day one and can't get her foot out by herself; it's very delicate and dangerous. Fortunately, she's thin, but it could be a problem in the near future. The second point is that the anti-slip stickers are of low quality and don't adhere well to the wood; they've been peeling off since the first day.

The bottom of the wood that goes across does not have holes on them, picture above and instructions it shows that they have them , not easy to assemble when you have to make the holes yourself

The main problem was I was sent a defective product where one of the parts was wrong but labeled as the correct part. It caused the legs to squeeze tighter on the bottom than everything else was designed for and the standing base could only be slid into the top slot. The seller was unable to send a replacement since the product was sent pre-boxed to Walmart so there may be others with the same issue. Some other problems are the wings in front stick out a lot to stub your toes on. The sliding door slot has an opening to the handle slot and it's easy to caught on it when sliding the door. The cutouts on the side are large enough for a toddler foot to either climb or stick through.
