Great value dash cam that works! Easy to install. The suction cup stays put while driving. Nice screen size and good playback. It's not bulky on the dash. Easy vision. Footage time is perfect for our needs. Recording works easily with the push of a button.

Easy to use, quality is there for its price. Great gift and couldn't recommend enough that anyone with a car get a dash cam

Back camera didn't work.

Fits over existing rearview mirror, blocking emergency buttons. The rearview camera didn't work, so it doesn't even function as a backup camera at all. Had to purchase separately a memory card to use it. You also have to HARD WIRE the back camera to your car, which wasn't explained in detail how to accomplish. The instructions are worthless, the camera gives symbols and errors not in the book. No troubleshooting in the book either. I contacted customer service and they tried to walk me thru but in the end, I returned it.

Trying to set up this dashcam is terrible , instructions are terrible going thru the menu setting up the Wifi the date and time all the setting on the Dash cam is a nightmare. I work on computers I would not recommend this product. and there's no help on the internet! If you are not mechanical incline stay away from this dashcam. And the installation another thing if you don't want to set up your cam running the 4 foot cable they give you can buy Dongar power adapter cable makes it a neat install but get ready to pay an extra $30.00 for newer cars. installation.

Very disappointed with this dash cam. The video quality is nowhere near what's advertised blurry during the day and almost useless at night. The “4K” claim feels misleading. The rear and cabin cameras are even worse, with poor clarity and constant glare. The unit randomly freezes and sometimes doesn't record at all, which completely defeats the purpose of having a dash cam. I also had issues with the GPS not tracking accurately and the parking mode being unreliable. Build quality feels cheap, and the buttons are unresponsive. Customer support was slow and unhelpful when I reached out about the defects. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and look for a more reliable brand.

I buy two cameras from this seller both of them didn't work. It restarted repeatedly every 30s . The manufacturer day when it's on 2019. That's why they rolled back it to sell .off.
