I have three of these cameras and they are hardwired in. The picture quality is outstanding, best bang for the buck. Navigating through the camera is a bit cumbersome but has alot of features.

Pulled the data on the camera and it is a 4k file on the front and 1K on the rear. 24 FPS, needs a fast SD card of the recorded video will freeze periodically. It's not the camera's fault, its the SD card. Get a faster one. Wires plenty long for install into my mid size SUV. That stick on suction cup mount won't cut it tho. Installed a custom (go pro type) mount. For the price, this thing is a killer deal. Best thing about it is it runs on a Super Capacitor, not a Li Ion battery which will die in a hot car. The Capacitor can take the heat.

this is a simple plug and play dashcam if you're just wanting to use the front dashcam. if you want the rear with it, it takes about an hour to set it all up if you're hiding wires, but great clear picture. fps on this is also good. overall great buy.

Easy install

Ease to install, need extra wiring if you want it to work as parking (recording at all times not only when car is running) but the interface is very conversant not easy to navigate it takes patience and trying until you get it right with date, time to review records you must have a lot of patience and be prepared to take a break from it before loosing your cool. Perfect for the one that have a tech savvy to help out with this camera. Small and great image quality are the strongest of point.

On the positive side the videos from this camera are unbelievable, a wide angle view with little distortion and pop out colors. The fact that the Easy to install and it is working as advertised. The videos are in MP4 format which reduces file size and makes editing and copying much easier. Otherwise, I am disapointed with the user guide. It covers very little about the camera. This is a fault of most electronics and cameras I have encountered.

Seller listed by Walmart as a "Pro Seller", so I mistakenly believed them to be a reputable company. Seller does not honor its warranty. After 11 months, the camera stopped working, kept rebooting. My vehicle is always garaged, and the camera was never dropped or mishandled. I take care of my belongings. On their product page, the seller states they have a 12-month replacement warranty. Seller used every excuse to deny warranty, then stopped answering emails. Not a trust-worthy seller. I supplied them with my order number from Walmart, several times. I contacted the seller, the manufacturer, and Walmart. Its not about the money to me, its the principle of the thing. Don't offer warranties, if you have no intention of honoring them. This seller has wasted a substantial amount of my time, with emails, live chats, phone calls, and now feedback. I am only continuing with the feedback, to warn other buyers. Try to find the product from a more reputable company, to save yourself time and money.

Doesn't record when the car is off. The sticky's that hold the wires doesn't stick properly , the wire keeps falling. And the camera holder is very simple that the camera could fall easily. The sim card thing doesn't work. We put a new sim card and it keeps saying no sim card available. And I'm very disappointed that it doesn't record when it's off.

Not happy with return policy. Clearly they don't accept returns if they make you pay to ship it back. So they just offer a discount. Not buying from them again.

the suction cup that attaches the dash cam to the windshield didn't fit. I requested another suction cup, but they wouldn't do it. I like the camera, but it's no good without the suction cup.
