i I always wanted more security around my house. im a senior and all those complicated cameras, were not for me. my son tild me about the ones i ordered, and he was right. they were perfect for me. easy to install. I'm glad i got them. I'm glad you guys always have everything i need. God bless:)

every day around the same time, it's like it freezes. i have to turn it off and back on. then it's good till the next day about the same time. it stops recording and wont connect to the app. other than that, i love it. the picture is clear and the motion tracking is nice since i have a long porch, it follows and records from the moment they come onto the porch until they leave it again.

Trouble connecting the units. Didn't realize the negative issues with a bulb camera.. No lighting for rhe Porch, Camera turned off easily by switch on wall because people are use to switching lights on and off. Easily detected by people, not a surprise.. I'm sure it has its greatness but its not for me.

Asked to make a return 4 days ago and still haven't received an email back on how to return. The projector is fine it just doesn't have am HDMI to be able to hook up things like the PlayStation or Google cast

I purchased 2 of these on Delivered on 2022-Dec 14. I had to set up the cameras on the app a few times. It reset itself after a few weeks. They both stopped working, one in 2023-Aug, the other in 2023-Oct. At first one would stop connecting to the network. Then it might reconnect, or I had to shut it off and on again. But it would disconnect after a while. Then the second one just stopped working. The app is not user friendly, but it had some good features. Tracking people, but if the person gets too close it does not follow them. The alarm system lets you see when it was triggered on a graph, so you do not have to spend hours looking for an intrusion, but sometimes it misses movement. There is an app for the PC called Net Surveillance. It was working with the first 2, but it will not work with the new one. There is also an app so you can put the SD card in your PC to read the video files. With out this app the PC cannot read the files on the CD card. I ordered 2 more before the second one died. For some reason it has a home position. Unfortunately, that position faces a wall. I have to keep centering it to the front entrance. I have not found a setting to tell it to remember the position I set it to. The light is not very useful, it is not bright, and it only lights up when it is pointed to. It might follow you as you move. It has a speaker and mic. But the sound is not very good. You can not make out what is being said. You can access the camera from anywhere as long as you have Internet access.

I ordered this camera set that description said the camera came with a micro SD card when I receive my lightbulb cameras the 2 packet there was no SD cards, so I returned them the same day I received the camera my whole reason for ordering the camera was because it came with the micro SD card, I was really disappointed. Hope they wasn't misleading you and have you order the cameras and not send you the SD card. I was so excited to receive my light bulb cameras, but disappointing because I had to return them because it was missing the SD card.

buyer beware does not support everything it claims in the description. hulu app isnt supported at all. doesnt have hdmi to even be able to play hulu on a tv stick. it lags when on wifi bad when no other device does no matter how close it is to the router. the so called mouse is hard to use unless ur trying to do aerobics just to get to an app. i sent back a cheaper projector n ordered this one, now i wish id just kept the cheaper one. not happy at all w this purchase and dont recommend unless u want to be frustrated constantly.

This is misleading, it clearly says outdoor, then in the smaller print it says recommened indoor, well I read that to late and wasted $100. having bought 3 packs, some as Christmas gifts. Very disappointed. And on top of that, sd card will not pickup, only give erro. I should have know!!

The product will not setup with my Wi-Fi because my password is required to have a special coding %26 the cameras app will not connect because of the password. This makes absolutely no sense to me.

In my humble opinion, range is terrible and anyone could just steal them and walk away with them. The quality seems poor. I wish I hadn't bought them.
